Native account
This is a storage check, not a simulated transfer. Setlora's EVM payment workspace performs its own separate recipient transfer simulation.
Native vs EVM
An EVM address can have a native AccountId32 representation. That does not make every native account a usable EVM recipient.
Non-sufficient pUSD
Asset 7777 does not maintain account existence on its own. Missing asset records need more checks, not an automatic payment.
No automatic activation
Setlora does not fund accounts, collect keys, or submit asset activation transactions from this screen.
